Charity Fund

The Perrysburg Township Firefighters IAFF Local 4170 Charity Fund is one of the ways our members give back to the community we proudly serve. Throughout the year, Local 4170 provides charitable donations and direct assistance to local residents, families, and community organizations.

When a structure fire impacts a family in Perrysburg Township, Local 4170 provides support to help those affected through a difficult and uncertain time, offering assistance as they begin the process of recovering and rebuilding.

Each Black Friday, Local 4170 participates in Fill the Boot, collecting donations to support charitable causes and help those in need.

During the holiday season, Local 4170 adopts two to three families from Perrysburg Township each year, purchasing Christmas gifts for children and families to help make their holidays brighter.

In addition to these efforts, Local 4170 makes charitable donations throughout the year to support local causes, organizations, and individuals in need.

Through these programs, Local 4170 is committed to making a meaningful difference in Perrysburg Township—not only when the alarm sounds, but throughout the year by supporting our neighbors when they need it most.
